Lab observes Black History Month

Cortez Williams, left, and John Ketchens, both of CW Enterprises Inc., set up a photo that is part of a "Blacks in New Mexico: 1100 to 1899" display in the second floor lobby of the Otowi Building at Technical Area 3. The Laboratory is celebrating Black History Month with two talks and exhibits. Charles Becknell Jr. of the University of New Mexico's African American Studies program, speaks about African American pioneers in the southwest at 10 a.m., Thursday in the Physics Building Auditorium at TA-3.
