Former Lab director Hecker reports on North Korea trip
Former Laboratory Director and now senior fellow Sig Hecker on Wednesday gave testimony to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on his recent trip to North Korea. Hecker was part of an unofficial United States delegation led by Stanford University professor John Lewis.

Turbulent flows is topic of Director's Colloquium Monday
Paul Dimotakis, the John K. Northrop Professor of Aeronautics and professor of applied physics at the California Institute of Technology, will address the theoretical justification and experimental evidence for turbulent flow transitions and discuss its consequences at a Director's Colloquium at 1:10 p.m., Monday (Jan. 26), in the Physics Building Auditorium.
