State homeland security official tours new EOC

Brig. Gen. Annette Sobel, director of the New Mexico Office of Homeland Security, visited the Laboratory on Tuesday to exchange ideas and tour the Laboratory's now fully operational Emergency Operations Center at Technical Area 69. Behind Sobel are screens with information such as wind direction and plume modeling.
