Improvements made to MyLANL Web page

Laboratory managers who use the MyLANL Web page have some new features to help them better manage their authorities. One is an expiring authorities alert, according to Ray Neff, the Lab's Chief Information Officer (CIO).

With this new feature, managers who have assigned authorities that are due to expire within 30 days will receive an alert on the welcome tab under "Tasks and Reminders." If managers want to update any authorities they have assigned, they can click on the alert link and go directly into the authority system to make changes, said Neff.

MyLANL content is restricted to line managers - group leaders and above.

MyLANL users can provide feedback by writing to mylanl@lanl.gov by electronic mail.

For assistance in using the Web page, call the Enterprise Information Assistance help desk at 5-4444, option 2, or write to mylanl_support@lanl.gov by electronic mail.
