Preparing for flu season

Flu shots continue today in Otowi Building

Doug Reilly, Duncan MacArthur, left to right, both of Safeguards, Science and Security (N-1), and Gottfried Schappert of Plasma Physics (P-24), line up for flu shots at Technical Area 35 on Wednesday. The free flu shots are available to University of California Laboratory employees, Department of Energy Office of Los Alamos Site Operations personnel, KSL Services, Protection Technology Los Alamos and Los Alamos County Fire Department personnel and are administered by Occupational Medicine (HSR-2). At right preparing a dose of the flu vaccine is Sally Butler, a registered nurse in HSR-2. The vaccines are scheduled to be offered from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., today in the Otowi Building at TA-3.
