Encouraging cooperation

Cooperation is essential to completing assignments and tasks. There are things managers can do to facilitate cooperation. Here's one suggestion:

A casual lunch setting provides a great backdrop for people to discuss their work freely and openly. A typical response one might hear at these lunch meetings is, "I didn't know that."

Treating staff like family

To keep camaraderie high, try to use an employee's name a few times during conversations. Ask them about their families, remember their birthdays and congratulate them for successes outside of the office.
