Distinguished performers featured in this week's Los Alamos NewsLetterThe current issue of the Los Alamos NewsLetter, for the week of Sept. 29 is scheduled to be in mailboxes and newsstands this week. This issue is overflowing with good news: the 2002 Distinguished Performance Award winners, individuals, small and large teams, fill the majority of this issue. Page 2 has information about the 2004 United Way campaign, salary increase authorizations for the 2004 fiscal year and September service anniversaries. Tips for "taking the next steps" in safety improvement are on this page as well. Employees can access the Los Alamos NewsLetter at http://www.lanl.gov/worldview/news/lanl_archive.shtml online or obtain additional copies at the bright blue distribution boxes throughout the Lab.
