Salary increase authorization for 2004 fiscal year set

The Laboratory and the Department of Energy have determined the Lab's 2004 fiscal year salary increase authorization.

The salary increase authorization is an authorization to spend an approved amount on salary increases. The 2004 fiscal year begins Oct. 1.
