Tuesday is registration deadline for Diversity/EEO awareness seminar

Tuesday is the early registration deadline for the 18th annual Equal Employment Opportunity Diversity Training and Awareness seminar July 23 and 24 at the Marriott Pyramid North Hotel in Albuquerque. The seminar is sponsored by the Albuquerque/Santa Fe/Los Alamos EEO Council.

Registration is $130; only checks or purchase orders will be accepted and must accompany the registration form and be postmarked by Tuesday (July 1). Applications post marked after July 1 won't be accepted. Onsite registration is available at the door the day of the seminar for $200, checks or cash only. Mail payments to New Mexico EEO and Diversity Council at P.O. Box 443, Los Alamos, N.M. 87544.

Albuquerque author and poet Rudolfo Anaya, a National Medal of Arts recipient, will give a special presentation on July 24.
