Pre-proposals being accepted for LDRD projects

The Laboratory is accepting pre-proposals for Laboratory Directed Research and Development projects for fiscal year 2004. The call constitutes the first phase of the LDRD directed research component process for this year.

The LDRD Office in Science and Technology Base (STB) Programs, has released a document that details the process for submitting a proposal for LDRD funding. In the document, there also is a white paper that discusses LDRD directed research strategic priorities.

The deadline to submit a pre-proposal is Feb. 3 and proposals should be submitted to the LDRD Program Office.

For more information, call 7-1235 or write to ldrd@lanl.gov by electronic mail.
