Thursday, October 3, 2002 Memo provides guidance on continuing resolutionA master management memo was issued earlier this week providing guidance to Laboratory managers on operating under what is expected to be a series of continuing resolutions.The resolutions provide stopgap funding that allow federal agencies to continue operating into the 2003 fiscal year, which began Tuesday.
