Memo provides guidance on continuing resolution

A master management memo was issued earlier this week providing guidance to Laboratory managers on operating under what is expected to be a series of continuing resolutions.

The resolutions provide stopgap funding that allow federal agencies to continue operating into the 2003 fiscal year, which began Tuesday.
