Armenta talk touches on Hispanics in science, technology and businessLoretta Armenta, right, president of the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce, talks with Mary Margaret Trujillo of the Office of Security Inquiries (S-OSI) Wednesday in the Physics Building Auditorium at Technical Area 3. Armenta spoke about Hispanics in science and technology, the Hispano chamber's new eMercado business initiative with the University of New Mexico and Sandia National Laboratories and Hispanic heroes and role models. Armenta spoke as part of the Lab's Hispanic Heritage Month activities sponsored by the Hispanic Diversity Working Group and the Diversity (DVO) Office.
