The classes are open to anyone who supervises the work of others. This two-day class is offered on Sept. 10-11 and Oct. 9 and 10. The price for the combined classes is $600; however, one may take either class as a standalone option for just $300. Dani Fake of B.T. Supervisors participate in self-assessment and group activities to understand how their actions influence their employees' decisions to stay or leave. In the workshop, supervisors formulate strategies for retaining their key people and develop an action plan to implement their strategies. To register for either class or the combined class, go to the Virtual Training Center from the Laboratory's home page by selecting Training/Learning in the lower left-hand corner.
