Checkpoint and upward appraisal survey deadline is FridayThe deadline for University of California employees to complete and turn in their 2002 Checkpoint and Upward Appraisal surveys is Friday. UC Laboratory employees should have received a survey at their mail stop the week of June 24. Employees who didn't receive a survey can call 5-1423 to obtain one.Currently, the Labwide response rate stands at 24 percent.
