UCOP's human resources, benefits department is reorganizedThe University of California's Human Resources and Benefits Department recently reorganized to improve its services to the university.Judy Boyette, UC's vice president for human resources and benefits, said the new organizational structure will improve operational efficiency and teamwork and help UC better apportion resources in a strategic manner. The university has created a Web page that describes the reorganization in detail. It includes a question and answer page regarding the reorganization.
