Science Day 2002 on Wednesday showcases Laboratory's research, programs
The Laboratory's second annual "Science Day" is scheduled for Wednesday in the Jemez and Cochiti rooms of the J. Robert Oppenheimer Study Center at Technical Area 3. This year's theme is "Making the world a safer place." The guest speaker is Maureen McCarthy, chief scientist for the National Nuclear Security Administration. Full story
