Mentor training starts Thursday at the Lab

The Education Program Office (STB-EPO) will host a mentor training seminar on Thursday and later in the month for Laboratory workers who serve as mentors for students.

The training session is from 9 to 10:30 a.m. in the Physics Building Auditorium at Technical Area 3. The second seminar is from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on April 24 at the same location.

The training sessions will provide important information to mentors that will help guide students through their summer internship, said Carole Rutten, Laboratory student/mentor liaison in STB-EPO.
