U.S. and Uzbekistan cooperate on nonproliferationAgreement protects nuclear materials and technologies Department of Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham signed an implementing agreement with the Uzbek Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdulaziz Kamilov, to facilitate cooperation on nuclear nonproliferation between the United States and Uzbekistan.
