April Body Bulletin newsletter is being distributed to mail stopsThe April issue of the Body Bulletin newsletter is being distributed to Laboratory employee mail stops. Body Bulletin, Safety Check Solutions and the online Personal Best newsletter replace the Wellstreet Journal formerly published by Occupational Medicine (ESH-2). "Parenting: Not a Popularity Content," is the lead article in this month's issue. Parents can review four helpful guidelines to ensure they are providing the cornerstones to their child's security. Computer work can impair eye and wrist health. Learn guidelines for preventing eyestrain and take a quiz on repetitive stress injuries in this month's issue. Don't work in pain; visit the Laboratory's ergonomics Web site (http://int.lanl.gov/safety/ergonomics/ergonomics.shtml) for self-assessments, procedures for requesting an evaluation, stretches, medical information and more.
