Health care benefits briefings by UC set for WednesdayRepresentatives from the University of California Office of the President and the Laboratory on Wednesday will brief Lab workers and the public about healthcare benefits. Michele French, the University of California executive director for workforce planning, will address Laboratory healthcare plans and member and provider patterns as they relate to national trends. The briefing is followed by a question and answer session; representatives from UCs healthcare consulting organization, Deloitte and Touche, also will be available to answer technical questions. The briefing for employees is from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Administration Building Auditorium at Technical Area 3. The public session is from 6:30 to 9 p.m. that evening in Fuller Lodge on Central Avenue downtown. For more information, call the UC Northern New Mexico Office at 7-3232.
