Lab's Cobb speaks Wednesday to Senate Foreign Relations Committee

Dirty bombs, securing nuclear materials vital in post Sept. 11 world

Don Cobb, Los Alamos' associate director for threat reduction, spoke to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Wednesday in Washington on nuclear terrorism and the threat it poses.
