Requirements for escorting U.S. citizens into security areas This notice specifies the requirements for taking U.S. citizens under escort into security areas. Escorting pertains to physical presence in a security area. It does not pertain to the requirements for accessing classified matter. The requirements addressed in this notice are institutional requirements. Laboratory facilities may opt to impose more rigorous local requirements.
