Small Business Office, Northern New Mexico Supplier Alliance host business showcase today

The Laboratory's Small Business Program Office (BUS-SBO) and the Northern New Mexico Supplier Alliance are hosting a small business showcase today in the Otowi Building cafeteria side rooms at Technical Area 3.

The showcase is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is free and open to all Laboratory workers.

The showcase is being held to introduce Laboratory workers - especially purchase-card holders and those who make purchasing decisions for their Lab organizations - to Northern New Mexico businesses who have Just-In-Time contracts and local vendor agreements with the Lab, as well as Northern New Mexico businesses who don't have contracts but are interested in providing goods and services to the Lab, explained Janelle Vigil-Maestas of SBO. It's also an opportunity for those business owners to hear directly from purchasing staff around the Lab, she said.
