Camilla joined the Laboratory in 1999 and has held positions in Ombuds, HR, NMT, CFO, and STB. She brings to the position a balance of skills in conflict resolution, leadership, management, organizational development, communication, mediation and Human Resources (HR).
For the past 16 years Camilla has successfully dealt with a broad range of customers and stakeholders at LANL and throughout Europe. While working as an Associate Professor at the Danish University of Education, Camilla wrote more than 40 books and articles, and she became a renowned lecturer within the area of organizational development. Camilla has functioned as an Adviser in Communication and Public Relation for six major organizations, and she has led major research programs for Danish and European State Authorities and universities. For seven years she served as an independent Evaluation Expert while negotiating, reviewing and recommending million dollar proposals for funding by the European Union. Camilla is proficient in 5 languages.
