INFORMATION Transportation Albuquerque is the major air terminal. Santa Fe is approximately a one-hour drive from Albuquerque International Airport. Rental cars are available at the Albuquerque airport through all major companies. Shuttle service is also available to Santa Fe. There is also a small airport in Santa Fe, serviced by United Airlines and American Airlines. United Airlines have several flights daily between Denver and Santa Fe. Meals Refreshments will be provided during mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks each day. The breakfasts, receptions and banquets are covered by the registration fee. Weather Santa Fe is famous for its mild temperatures, but it can snow as early as October. So be prepared for just about anything! Santa Fe is located at an altitude of about 7,000 feet above sea level. Visiting in late March to early April, expect nice cool days, and chilly mornings and evenings.
