Not to exceed one page (standard US 8 _ in by 11 inch page).

6 inches/15.24 cm
Title
Font size: 14 point bold
Should be centered on page
Author List
Font Size: 12 point
Should be separated from the title by 12 points.
Presenting author should be underlined
Affiliation List
Font Size: 12 point italicized
Should be separated from author list by 6 points.
Main Body of Abstract
Font Size: 12 points
Should be separated from affiliation list by 12 points
Should be exactly 15 points between lines
We will attempt to include black and white figures that are embedded in
the text.
