Catherine E. Grégoire Padró, P.E.

Catherine Grégoire Padró, MPA-11 Group Leader, is a licensed Chemical Engineer (B.S., M.S. from State University of New York at Buffalo), and has 25 years of experience in the design and analysis of conventional and alternative energy systems.  In 2003, Cathy joined the Los Alamos National Laboratory as Project Leader for Hydrogen and Biomass Systems, and served as the Laboratory lead for the DOE’s International Partnerships activities in the Hydrogen, Fuel Cells & Infrastructure Technologies Program, with a focus on the development of performance-based codes, standards, and regulations for hydrogen applications. In 2008, she was named Group Leader for MPA-11.  Prior to 2003, she was the Hydrogen Program Manager at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, in Golden, Colorado.
