Nested Safety and Security Committee Training Video
Los Alamos National Laboratory has produced a new Nested Safety and Security Committee (NSSC) training video. In the video, Lee McAtee, former HSR Division Leader, guides the viewer through different elements of the NSSC meeting process. Major topics are illustrated in three different organization meetings: team, group, and division, demonstrating the key dynamics and potential content for NSSC meetings.
Nested Safety and Security Committees continue as an important LANL process to ensure communication, worker involvement, leadership, and action here at the Laboratory. This training tool is offered to support organizations throughout the Laboratory as they develop their NSSC meeting format.
