Current & Former Lab Employees

Current and former Laboratory employees may review their OPF after presenting photo identification. If an employee needs copies of the entire folder, they must submit a request to the Information Practices Office in IRM-RMMSO.

Please contact the Personnel Records office for information on how to request information.

There is no charge for for an individual requesting their own information, but there is a 10 cent per page charge, over 100 pages, if request is on someone else.
