Research Highlights

Donald Dreesen

Don Dreesen is a staff member in the GeoEngineering Thrust of the Geophysics Group at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Don joined Los Alamos in 1981 where he participated in the drilling, MHF simulation and production of the Phase II hot dry rock geothermal reservoir at Fenton Hill, NM. He has also participated in numerous well technology projects including borehole instrumentation development and evaluation of the feasibility of advanced concept drilling techniques. Don has 10 years experience in oil and natural gas and production and drilling.
