The work we have begun continues with the Kazakh NNC technicians and scientists. Having been taught by Roy how our set-ups function, they continue to obtain information in our absence.
Our work is not over however. Once we gather our seismic information, we return to Los Alamos. This new information will build upon our understanding of how seismic signals vary depending on the source.
In the coming months and years, we will return to the Degelen Mountain site. In drifts 2,800' deep into the mountains, 100 ton explosions will signal the transition of an era.
