Kriged Surface Corrections

To better simulate lateral variations in propagation not accounted for by simple 1-D models, the MDAC residuals can be Kriged for each phase and frequency band. The figures below show cross-validated (leave-one-out) MDAC amplitude residuals for high frequency Pn and low frequency Sn. The corrections surfaces can be used to further reduce the variance of the discriminants.
