Source and Path Corrections, Feature Selection and Outlier Detection Applied to Regional Events from Asia


Summary

1. We have tested several discriminants based on regional phases observed in central Asia.

2. We have developed a technique to correct phase amplitudes for source and general path parameters (SPAC).

3. We have tested three methods for correcting for complications along specific event-station paths.

4. After applying corrections, we have developed techniques that allow us to combine several discriminants simultaneously (feature selection and outlier analysis).
