Grid Search Locations

We have begun investigating the use of grid search methods for improving regional locations particularly because of the robustness of the method. Other desirable attributes are the ability to easily use any misfit function, the ability to obtain the entire misfit volume, and the separation of the search for origin time from that of the spatial coordinates.
