The Actinide Research Quarterly is a publication of the Glenn T. Seaborg Institute for Transactinium Science, a part of the National Security Education Center in the LANL Institutes Office. The Nuclear Weapons Journal ceased publication after Issue 2, 2009. It has been replaced by the National Security Science magazine.
Why magazine is a former quarterly publication primarily for employees and retirees of Los Alamos National Laboratory. It was named for the crucial nature of scientific inquiry at the Laboratory. It ceased publication in June of 2012.
