Anastasio all-employee meeting is MondayFebruary 9, 2007
Congressional hearing on security is topic
Laboratory Director Michael Anastasio will brief employees on his recent testimony before a congressional subcommittee at an all-employee meeting on Monday (February 12). The meeting begins at 1:10 p.m., in the National Security Sciences Building Auditorium at Technical Area 3. Attendance in the NSSB Auditorium is restricted to Q- or L-cleared badgeholders. Uncleared attendees must be under escort at all times, with one Q- or L-cleared escort for each uncleared attendee. Uncleared individuals and their escorts will be asked to sit in a designated area. Although the security plan for the building does not allow foreign national presence, the Physics Building Auditorium at TA-3 will be available to watch the talk on LABNET Channel 9. Employees can watch the talk on LABNET in any auditorium or conference room that has LABNET capability, and on computers using Real Media or IPTV technology. Anastasio testified before the U.S. House of Representatives' Committee on Energy and Commerce on January 30. Anastasio's written testimony is available from the January 31 Daily Newsbulletin.
