Health care coverage meetings are TuesdayOctober 23, 2006
Open enrollment begins November 6
Los Alamos National Security employees can learn about their health care coverage for 2007 at meetings on Tuesday. The meetings are from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.; 1 to 2 p.m.; and 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., in the Physics Building Auditorium at Technical Area 3. Benefits (HR-B), United HealthCare, and Blue Cross are conducting the informational presentations for active LANS employees. Open enrollment this year is from November 6 through 30. United HealthCare continues as the Laboratory's health-care provider for LANS employees in 2007. Employees can make changes to their health care coverage for 2007 using the self serve function in ORACLE, Human Resources Division's (HR) online system, said Ellen Fox of Benefits. Information on 2007 employee health-care premiums and open enrollment will be published in the Daily NewsBulletin and through other communications venues.
