The end of the Laboratory’s 2006 fiscal year is fast approaching and that means deadlines for some purchases also loom.
The procurement deadlines are necessary to allow Acquisition Services Management (ASM) Division to process purchases before the end of the 2006 fiscal year. The Laboratory’s fiscal year ends on September 30 and the 2007 fiscal year begins the next day.
A number of deadlines are upcoming related to purchase orders, Just-in-Time contract purchases, purchase requests and when invoices for institutional blanket purchase orders are due to Accounting (CFO-1) to name a few.
