Additional locations to accept LANS employment offer packages

Monday is deadline

University of California Laboratory employees can drop off their employment offer packages at six additional satellite locations through Monday (May 15).

Human Resources (HR) Division generalists will accept employment packages at the additional locations from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today through next Monday.

The additional drop-off locations are

• Metropolis Building (Strategic Computing Complex) lobby, Technical Area 3
• Materials Science Laboratory lobby, TA-3
• S-Site cafeteria, TA-16
• Los Alamos Neutron Science Center lobby, TA-53
• Access Center (outside of the human resources offices), TA-55
• Canyon School, south entrance, TA-0.

Employees who have not returned their offer packages are encouraged to take advantage of the access to HR professionals at the additional sites. These locations supplement and do not replace the existing delivery options for employees to return their packages. Those locations are as follows:

1.) In person in the basement lobby of the Otowi Building at Technical Area 3
2.) A drop box in the basement lobby of the Otowi Building at TA-3
3.) To LANL Mail Stop T009
4.) Through the U.S. Postal Service to:

UC Lab employees have until 5 p.m., Mountain Daylight Time on May 15 to return their employment offer packages.
