Lab's Salazar on KTAO radio

Elmer Salazar of the Technology Transfer (TT) Division is scheduled to be on radio station KTAO at 9:15 this morning.

Salazar is being interviewed by KTAO radio personality Nancy Stapp on "Breakfast with Nancy."

Salazar will talk about the Laboratory's role in helping Kit Carson Electric Cooperative partner on a solar energy project. The Laboratory is working with the utility to deploy one megawatt of distributed solar photovoltaic power destined for education and communications facilities in Taos and El Rito.

Kit Carson provides electrical power to residential and business customers in Taos and adjoining communities. For more on the project, see the August 20 NewsBulletin.
