Sunshine to petrol ... and moreFebruary 1, 2008
The latest issue of DOE Pulse is available online. Pulse is an online newsletter about accomplishments at the Department of Energy's national laboratories.
In addition to the highlights, DOE Pulse features two longer articles -- one about a researcher and one about a multilab collaborative effort. Some of the headlines in this issue are "Spin origins" from the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility, "Two part condenser" from Savannah River National Laboratory, "Sunshine to petrol" from Sandia National Laboratories, and "Pantex partnership" from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. A profile on Saul Perlmutter of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and an article on a license agreement for superconducting cable from Oak Ridge National Laboratory also are in this issue.
