Los Alamos scientists write in Physics Today about enabling largest superfund cleanup to date

Two Laboratory scientists helped author an article about the scientific understanding that helped the U.S. government clean up waste at the Rocky Flats nuclear weapons production complex years ahead of schedule saving taxpayers billions of dollars.

Avian influenza will be among the subjects covered in a KNME TV Channel 5 public television interview at 7:30 this evening on the show "Stateline New Mexico."
Labor Department staff at Laboratory on Wednesdays
Staff from the federal Department of Labor will be at Occupational Medicine (OM) and at the KSL Services Building at Technical Area 3 every other Wednesday beginning September 6 to answer questions and assist Laboratory employees who have questions about the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act.
