The Laboratory is accepting nominations for the Los Alamos National Laboratory Medal.

Traffic rerouted on Central Avenue Friday afternoon
Central Avenue between 15th and 20th streets is closed to vehicle traffic Friday afternoon because of scheduled Main Street Halloween events. Central Avenue will be closed from 4 to 8 p.m.
Marquez to give State of Administration Directorate talk Nov. 4
Rich Marquez, associate director for administration (ADA) will present the 2004 fiscal year State of the Directorate talk at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 4, in the Administration Building Auditorium at Technical Area 3.
Work on Pajarito Road near Otowi Building begins Monday
A small stretch of Pajarito Road near the intersection with West Jemez Road will be narrowed to vehicle traffic beginning Monday because of an electrical line installation. The work is expected to be completed in about three weeks, weather permitting.
