Judge dismisses consent decree on Lab compliance with Clean Air Act

A federal court judge has dismissed a consent decree between the Laboratory, the Department of Energy and Concerned Citizens for Nuclear Safety stemming from a lawsuit the organization filed against DOE and the Lab.
