Director's Notebook

April 18, 2005

Managing stress isn't easy. Left unmanaged, stress can adversely affect a person at work and at home. In today's Director's Notebook, Laboratory Director Pete Nanos and Tom Locke, the Lab's clinical psychologist in Occupational Medicine (HSR-2), talk about the importance of managing stress through exercise. Nanos also reminds workers that the Lab has a number of services, such as the Wellness Center and the Employee Assistance Program to help employees manage stress.
