The Sun

Learn about our relationship with our closest star. Make sundials. (There are currently no observable sunspots, but this may change.)

Our Neighborhood-The Solar System

Each student will make a pocket solar system. Discussions and activities include orbits, scales, and interesting places in our neighborhood.

StarLab

If you have the room, we will bring space. Students will enjoy a night sky program in our portable digital planetarium. We need a quiet room at least 25 square feet with no obstructions within 14 feet of the floor.

Earth

Learn more about the geology of our home planet. Earth science comes alive with activities and rock stories. Our rock collection features fascinating rocks from around New Mexico and some other unusual places.

Isaac in Space

Students investigate Newton's laws of gravity and motion and apply their understanding to predict the behavior of objects in space.
