Event Description

High-Tech Halloween is the Bradbury Science Museum's contribution to Downtown Los Alamos' annual Trick-or-Treat on MainStreet event taking place the Friday before Halloween.

At this year's High-Tech Halloween, you can expect to see demonstrations of a vacuum chamber, a simulated chain reaction and a show involving lights and optics. Bathe yourself in black light, then make your way over to Critter Alley to get a glimpse at things that creep and crawl! Scary music will also accompany your activities while you make your way over to the pumpkin glow. Prepare to be amazed and delighted.

As always, the whole family can have a “spooktacular” time that you’ll remember all year.

This activity takes place in conjunction with Trick-or-Treat on MainStreet.

Admission to this event is free and open to the public.

NOTE: Preparations for this event are extensive and setup will take most of the day on Friday, October 30. Some exhibits/films may not be available during this time. Although we will be open for business, if you are planning to come to the museum for a regular tour, we recommend you stop by on a different day so that your visit will be as satisfying as possible.
