Instructor Form for Accompaying Person(s)

ALL ACCOMPANYING PERSONS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED VIA E-MAIL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM KURT SICKAFUS.

Here is some additional information regarding accompanying persons:

1. Accompanying persons for the entire Course pay a subsistence fee of $1200 USD like all other participants. Such persons are treated like regular participants (room, meals and excursions are all included in this fee).

2. Accompanying persons staying in Erice for just a few days pay 100 Euros per day. Again, this includes room, meals and excursions for these individuals. We anticipate critical room shortages from the evening of July 20 to the morning of July 26. Please try to avoid these dates if possible.

3. Student participants: DO NOT BRING CHILDREN TO ERICE. Lecturers: You may bring children to Erice, but you are discouraged from doing so. Children do not like Erice! If you bring children, you will be requested to accommodate them in your room. If you require an additional room for children, you must make this request in writing to Kurt Sickafus as soon as possible. Children are not required to pay a subsistence fee.
