Information for Presenters

Both a Mac and Windows computer will be available for presenters at conference facilities, connected to projectors. Computers will also be connected to the public internet.

We ask that all presenters provide a final copy of any slides they wish to use by the Friday before their presentation, September 28. Slides can be submitted via email.

We are trying to work out details to provide video recording that will be available online after the conference. To handle these recordings and broadcasts, all presenters will be asked to sign a consent form when they arrive.

If you hope to have any uncommon software available for your presentation (something other than MS Office and a web browser), please contact Bob Brewer immediately to see what can be arranged.
