Colloidal Chemistry - surface passivation of nanomaterial via covalent and non-covalent functionalization.

Corrosion Science - evaluation of corrosion inside 3013 actinide storage containers. Visualization and quantification of corrosion pits for the development of predictive theoretical models.

Material Cemistry - development of new strategies to obtain mesomaterial with desired optoelectronics properties. Mesomaterials with efficient energy transfer pathways for photovoltaicapplications.

Spectroscopy - bulk and single-molecule spectroscopy of nanomaterials. Spatially correlated and diffracted-limited absorption, fluorescence, and Raman spectroscopy of nanomaterials and molecules.
